IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released the official notification for IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2026, offering a valuable training opportunity for young candidates. This apprenticeship is being conducted under the Marketing Division (Northern Region) for Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, and Graduate Apprentice posts.

Candidates who have completed ITI, Diploma, or Graduation and want to gain hands-on experience in a reputed government organization can apply for this apprenticeship. The biggest advantage of this recruitment is that there is no written exam and no interview. Selection will be done purely on the basis of merit.

IOCL Apprentice Stipend 2026

During training, candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act.

Apprentice Category	Monthly Stipend
Graduate Apprentice	₹4,500 via BOAT (DBT) + IOCL share + ₹2,500 incidental expenses
Technician Apprentice	₹4,000 via BOAT (DBT) + IOCL share + ₹2,500 incidental expenses
Trade Apprentice	Full stipend paid by IOCL

A portion of the stipend for Graduate and Technician Apprentices is transferred directly through DBT by BOAT.

IOCL Apprentice Selection Process 2026

The selection process is simple and transparent:

• No Written Exam
• No Interview
• Selection based on marks obtained in qualifying examination

In Case of Tie

1. Older candidate will be preferred
2. If still tied, higher 10th marks will be considered
